The MVP program offers the highest level of physical, mental and spiritual conditioning. Geared toward youth, collegiate and pro-level athletes, the LA Fit MVP training program is an intense 30-day boot camp challenge comprised of one-on-one workout sessions, routine evaluations and nutritional support.
